There’s movement up the tower
Posted on 12-07-2011
It appears the local breeding season isn’t too far away now. This morning both adults, Beau & Swift, were spotted on the tower peak, bowing and showing a general interest in each other. They then swooped off to do loops of the tower and trees below, with plenty of friendly chirping and in-flight contact. They seem very friendly to each other again and we’ll watch them closely over the next few weeks. it was a rare opportunity to sight both adults in the same place and to gauge their size difference; quite noticeably female Swift is the larger bird, even from this distance (this is the norm for most raptors). Both appear to be in fine health, even through this chilly winter, but the sunny days must provide good vitality. Stay tuned…

Another new Aussie Falcon Cam,...and there is hatch!! Nest in on a Robyn's condo balcony in a planter or garden type of structure, 2nd year now and she's put up a cam..great close ups!!
Oh and she's named them Emily and Frederick. They had 3 eggs. First egg laid August 14 (US time), 3rd egg was 8/18...so, I guess that means egg #2 was 8/16!!!

The space is where the Ustream video gets embedded into your post. Unfortunately, Ustream changed something and broke it.
I have disabled embedding of Ustream videos until I can figure out what they did. The "big space" should be gone.
