While I cant confirm that it is the same male,2 Peregrines were sighted again this past week near the Power Plant. Again yesterday one was sighted very near by,so it would appear there is a male there consistantly. While we hope for a nesting a slightly different location would be preferable,in these days of high security.

Thanks for the update Frank.  Sounds promising for a Springtime romance and little white fluffs.   happy  Like you, I would prefer they find a different location.  Have you spoken to Mark and Marion about a possible nest box?
