I'm very relieved and grateful for the positive results so far Diane. I'm equally as thankful for everyone's prayers and good thoughts along the way.

Hi, MAK! You can add my voice to those of our other cyber friends who are all praying for your sister. I am so glad to hear the news of her test results! I know having you there with her means more than she can probably express. All best wishes for both of you.
I'm also enjoying your reports, photos and videos, especially of birds that we don't have here out West. Love the cardinals and the blue jays especially. Keep 'em coming!
Sending you lots of white light, love and prayers from Reno.
Debbie

Hello from Northwest Arkansas!
We went camping again at Beaver Lake this past weekend-unfortunately my camera battery was low right from the start and I forgot to bring my charger and extra battery. I had to be choosy about taking pics-it died on Sunday afternoon.
Featured are pics of my niece, Lorri's bulldog Ruby in her remote control Hummer, stroller, chair and in her life jacket swimming in the lake, She is a princess in case you hadn't noticed! lol
The boat launch was a busy place and kept us entertained as it was next to our campsite. There are many pics of different kinds of boats in the water with people and dogs in them. I believe I captured a pic of an Osprey flying on the other side of the lake. Watched a Great Blue Heron catch a small fish. My last pics before the battery died were of Turkey Vultures that had found a big fish on the shore and were sharing it. 13 all together showed up!
We came home on Monday morning, showered and then I drove Mary Ellen to her 10th chemo treatment. Only 2 more to go, then surgery late May/early June.
Hope y'all enjoy my pics and videos. See ya!

Hi Diane! That dog is Ruby-she has bad feet from her prior life. My niece rescued her and she is treated like a princess.

Hi y'all!
It's been busy and colorful at the feeders lately. I have 6 Rose-breasted Grosbeaks visiting as are many, many American Goldfinches,Cardinals,Purple finches, Blue birds,Chickadees, Tufted Titmouse, Mourning Doves, White-breasted Nuthatches, Red-bellied Woodpeckers and Downy Woodpeckers.
While out in my sisters' Jeep with Deziree, her female boxer I have seen frisky heifers and bulls, a singing Meadowlark who was joined by a starling-they were briefly joined by a Scissor-tail Flycatcher. Cool!! I spent some time watching 6 Egyptian Geese that were hanging out in the back bull pasture. Came upon a good looking rooster in someones yard, a Green Heron hiding in a tree, some goats and deer.
While watching a hockey game last night I spotted a frog that was walking up the sliding glass door after a moth. It was the darnedest thing I've seen in a while! I also saw a couple Red-tail Hawks but they flew off (as they usually do) before I could snap a shot of them.I got some good pics and snippet videos of the action-hope you enjoy!

Wow, great pictures and videos! I don't know how to identify most of the ones you mentioned. What guide would you recommend for an absolute beginner with poor eyesight like me?
I've been OK, thanks. Molly goes in for surgery Tues, and I'm so worried. She has a lump on her leg in the same spot she had cancer. And also a new lump on her flank.

Oh dear Nora-I will pray for you and Molly! I use Cornell's website online for identifying birds. Try this link-

Hey Diane! Ruby hurt one of her back legs this past week so she has been on bed rest-plus my niece has been sick too so we haven't seen them since camping last weekend.
