I thought wet spot after I posted that although, the way he's acting, I wouldn't be too surprised to see that activity start in the near future. If Archer's coming back, he better start flapping faster!

I think it is just dampness in the next box, but the behavior is certainly "courtship".  Wasn't Archer back by this time last year?

Archer has another week to go...but if I were him, I'd make it snappy. Wonder why he's so late? Maybe he has the "RUN" gene in him too, although he did not have a failed nest last year. Strange, what we learn from them.

It looks like a wet spot from the leaky roof to me,not a scrape. I still think Beauty is waiting for Archer and I have a gut feeling he is getting close.  Grin
