Obviously it's too late to put a nest up at KP. I was hoping for one this Winter, knowing LP was still there and would probably attract a mate. I hope, if possible, she finds a good spot with some sort of protection, to keep  them stable. Will the DEC step in when and if she has eggs? Has there been no word on a positive ID. Has the DEC contacted any one about this? Just wondering why this is taking so long when they knew about it a year ago. I just feel bad for her. It's been done before, a falcon has eggs on a structure with no bedding, so to speak and the chicks have survived. Maybe this will be the case here too. I hope what ever happens, all goes well with her.

If she deposits her eggs here, we'll be able to see them. Last year was more near the front and the nest box blocked the view.
