Sleeping Beauty. The weather people say it will stop raining sometime overnite. More rain expected each day through Friday, but not as frequent and as heavy as it has been this weekend. So far, next weekend is looking good. Poor Lilac Festival.

They closed down the Lilac Festival today. I don't remember them doing them before, and we've had snow and cold and rain before this.
What was the hatch date for the eggs last year?

Archer really did try again at 6:59, but Beauty wasn't giving up the nestbox. She told him briefly, and in no uncertain terms, to go away.
He's only visible in Cam 2 of the picture below... but it is proof he is doing his best!
This really shouldn't count against him in the brooding tables...

Mother Nature's 'makeup', and someone is playing with the zoom...
Beauty, it's time for your unglamour shot...
I'm glad she is so dedicated!
That's what makes her beauty-ful today.

It's hard to believe that Beauty has had only a 2 hour break in 24. She sure has me beat...LOL

I can't bear to look at these pictures anymore
Beauty deserves MOTHER OF THE YEAR award. It's not even a warm spring rain. It's 40 ^%$#*( degrees out! Truly a rough year...winter, mating season, and now incubating for this poor Beauty.
That NYC nest is looking better every minute!

I think she may realize that it is too cold for the eggs. Makes me think of Buckeye -- although he was on the eggs during a blizzard

Archer can't get in there fast enough!
Nice dry eggs - Beauty did a grand job... and what's up with the end of one?

That looks like the white spot that has been there since it was laid. Birth mark?

No pips that I can see at 6:13 am...
Beauty wants back on those eggs...
Beauty checks out the eggs...
Beauty switches with Archer again...
Beauty stays close by...
She's back on the eggs again...
