I am surprised that Quest and her mate are at a building this low in height - 1/2 the stories of the Times Square nestsite.
Attached here is the front view and pic of the rooftop. Also signs of the businesses in 220 and 240 Duncan Mill Rd.
Nice neighborhood for us to watch and eat nearby. Hope they don't mind if we set up chairs (LOL).

Great News!
Building is a bit low, but a few watchers at fledge time should help to off-set that. As for the neighborhood - Harlequin Romance Books - wonderful location! Someone here should be able to toss a quick story together (guy and gal meet while watching Quest and her love-interest, etc. etc) and maybe make a few bucks for the falcons (they have NASCAR ones, so why not Falcon ones?).

Great! We have a title - now we need about 12 or 15 chapters

Never fear!,the building may be lower then we are accustomed, but we thought the same when Peregrines chose a 4th story ledge to use at the Bell Building in Toronto a few years back. All of their young fledged just fine that year..or at least as normal( a few rescues). It went so well we used the same building for a hack/release 2 years later, when all 4 chicks we hacked out thrived. At the time of the first nesting,I checked my "raptor bible" and it said cliff ledges were sometimes as low as 40ft,so we must trust that the Peregrines know what they are doing.

Just for perspective, how many stories up is the Sheraton Centre nest?

Both the Evanston Library birds and the Uptown birds are very low.
The Evanston birds come back to their third-floor ledge every year.

Apparently size doesn't matter with falcons. It's where it is. They would know!

It's so nice for a change to see that some building tenants and owners are delighted to host falcons. Good for Harlequin! Hope the building owners where Quest and Kendal may nest are also happy with their new residents.
