It's funny to watch Harlie underneath Quest.  She's  looking too big to fit under her mom.  (Why do I keep saying "she"?)

Sky just went black and opened up, strong winds and tornadoe warnings in effect for the south.  Quest is right by Harlie keeping her safe I can see.

Was just watching when it went dark! WOW, hope they will be OK!!

Yeah it's getting bad.  Was 44c with the humidex today...unbearably hot and now the cooling down system is coming in.  My furniture is moving around on the balcony and you can hear the winds and the thunder.

Well that was a whole lot of noise for nothing.  Now it's dark but quiet and not raining... Can still hear rumbling in the distance but it's calmed down.

It's after dark now in Toronto, but I was able to enhance a dim image that shows that several shapes, probably Quest and Harlequin, are still in the nest tray.

Thanks Paul, sure does look like Quest and probably little/big Harlequin is under her. That went dark quick.

Thank you paul for posting that image of Quest and Harlie.  She was fed at 5 something tonight.  And a bad storm did pass through.  I'm 20 miles east of Rochester and I've had hail hitting windows, dimming lights and computer power, and driving rain and it's 10-11 pm.  Hope Quest and Harlie are okay.

Just checking in before work at 6:15 am and the cam is back up and Quest and Harlie weathered the storm well.  Feeding going on right now    Supposed to be more storms rolling through today but so far it's calm and quiet.

This probably isn't going to happen, but wouldn't it be great if Harlie were able to be fitted with a satelite transmitter too?  Then we could watch a second generation satellite bird flying around!!  (I know, not all satellite birds have been as lucky as Quest. :-(  )  Still, it would be fun!
