Didn't know they were covering everything in Aluminum! No wonder they said December!  Shocked  Gonna be a slippery surface for the wee ones!

It looks to me like they are covering vertical surfaces only. It shouldn't be a problem.

I watched them do the floor surface this am! AKA ledge!

That's funny. It looks like the floors have not been touched. I wonder why they would have previously skim coated them twice with concrete if they were going to cover them with aluminum?

The nest box will be returned back to the ledge no later than December 31.

I wonder if the men working on the building know there is a camera on them and people from all over the world are watching them? LOL

They must not know about the camera because they are working as slow as molasses  flowing uphill in January.   They only have about 30 days to finish this side and get that nestbox back where it belongs.

Yes, they're working, but not very fast! They are in the same spot they were in this morning. Looks like they've only put up a couple pieces of aluminum so far today! LOL

If possible, can we update her tracking page? No one has seen her or Kendal in a while. Just want to make sure she is in the area still. Thanks

!!! Work Continues, looking good!
November 13, 2012 - Toronto - Don Mills

CPF Postmaster Reports:

November 13th - 2012
Over the past week it would appear that the aluminum cladding work has resumed on the south elevation of the nest building at 220 Duncan Mill Road and things seems to be progressing.

While Quest and Kendal have not been seen over the past week, there is no doubt that they are hold up in their usual winter roosting spots watching from a safe distance as their nest ledge gets a new look.

Photos captured over the past 10 days have revealed quite allot of progress with regards to the aluminum cladding work on the south faces of the building.

Stay tuned, as its only a matter of time that Quest and Kendal make their weekly appearance to inspect the recent improvements. LOL
