Found this on a web site. Probably the most beautiful bird I ever saw, (except for the falcon). Lilac Breasted Roller

Have a couple of friends who took a trip to Africa and they brought back the most amazing pictures and some were of these Rollers!  They ARE beautiful!  For my birthday that year I asked that my picture be one of those, but her father passed so never got my Roller picture. But remember how vivid the colors are!  I also love the group snuggle picture!  Trying to keep warm maybe?  The look on their faces is so peaceful!
