Shaky, I'm sure she was thrilled though that you sent the info to her! That class followed the births so intently!

It's with sad news that I have to report this. I received a call from Beth at Wildlife Works in Pa. Callidora had to be Euthanized last evening with a severely injured wing. There was nothing anyone could do. There will be full details on Imprints soon.
This was the saddest news. Rest in Peace little girl. God Bless the ones who rescued her.

Was there any comment about how Callidora might have injured her wing? I am saddened to learn that she had to be euthanized. Donna in MS

I'm so very sorry you have lost your sweet girl. It was such a pleasure to watch her on cam and to read all your reports on her and Jemison. That she made it this far is thanks to your devotion and care for your falcon family. You all gave her the best possible chance at survival, and thanks to you she had some time to fly the skies and explore a little bit of the world. Fly Free Callidora

we must report that Callidora has passed away. This afternoon, we received a call from Beth, the rehabber that had been caring for Callidora. She informed us that Callidora's injuries were too severe and there was nothing that could be done for her. Because of this, last night, Callidora was euthanized. ...
