Just read on Twitter that the USDA is coming next week to disperse the Crows for the second time this year.

I know of a few places they could send the money instead of throwing it away...

And no more honest or diligent, either. They say they're taking all the precautions to ensure that human health is not endangered, but ever since the crows started roosting at Washington Square Park at least three years ago, I have yet to see anyone from the city come down and clean the sidewalks surrounding the park. Three years. My evening bus stop is right across from Washington Square Park, so I know from whence I speak. It is literally impossible to take even one step on the sidewalk there without stepping in bird poop. The bench that is near the bus stop is now completely unusable until spring. It's disgusting!
