What bothers me is why in the heck did they put music to it? I thought this was not real at first, so I checked Snopes, it wasn't there. They made it seem like a funny joke.

They did that cuz the kid wasn't hurt. I'm sure it would have been a whole different story if he had gotten injured.

I'm not certain that it is real - although maybe a GE could snatch a 20-pound kid from flight

I'm seeing people sharing it on FB.  Not good-will give people more reason to shoot raptors! I hope it gets proved as a fake for the sake of all Eagles!

‎"Golden Eagle snatch" a hoax! I was taken in for sure... and then began to think, as others here have: This is NOT good news for Birds of Prey, which have a bad enough time with persecution in the first place. So here's the link re the fake. Thanks to Martin for the link - and to sharp-eyed Yvonne (both FB friends) for questioning whether this was a GE in the first place.
