As you know, I was in Delaware Bay last week representing Argentina during its 25th celebration as the first site of Western Hemispheric Shorebird Reserve Net. Things there, for shorebirds and horseshoe crabs are really bad, so this is really another bad new. But there is hope with people still fighting, all together, focused in solve the problems each one with a little or big effort. That people picking up and releasing horseshoe crabs are part of the solution, part of the web that can save horseshoe crabs and shorebirds
I`m working now in shorebirds and bat conservation, but I`m first an aracnologist who love spiders. So I learnt how a web had created a lot of differents solutions and possibilities. Spiders are so succesfull beecouse they can spin webs....
If we can construct, spin a powerful web of people, ngos, agencies concerned and working together for horseshoe crabs and shorebirds, we can, for sure, save them.
