Well, I just answered my own question. It only counts your vote once.
It checks your Cookies, to see if you have already voted...
Yep, and I'm 100% sure that the supporters of the Charcoal Corral and Silver Lake Drive-In have not figured out a way to clear cookies in order to vote over and over again. No siree. They wouldn't need to because the first thing that pops into people's minds in Rochester when it comes to unique family fun spots is the Charcoal Corral and Silver Lake Drive-In in Perry, NY.
Heck, I'll bet that everyone drives the 50 miles to Perry (town motto: Half Way to the Middle of Nowhere) at least 3 times a week to visit the Charcoal Corral and Silver Lake Drive-In. It's the most unique family fun spot in Western New York. It's
way more fun than, say, an amusement park like Seabreeze. What parent in their right mind would want to take their kids to an amusement park located by the shore of Lake Ontario just 10 minutes away from their house when they could drive on back roads for an hour both ways, at night, to a drive-in to watch a movie that they could have seen on one of the 50+ movie screens in Rochester? (That is if they didn't want to wait 2 months to rent it.)
No, amusement parks and county parks like Mendon Ponds are no fun at all, at least not when compared to obscure, antiquated drive-ins. That's why the Charcoal Corral and Silver Lake Drive-In in Perry, NY (pop. 14 -- that's including 6 cows, 3 chickens, and a goat) has more votes than all the other nominees combined!
And we should be sure to let our friends at WHEC know that too.
