I'm not a Spider expert, but it looks like an Argiope. Brown & Yellow legs
They are a good Spider.

Actually, I think you are correct Ginha - I'm just mad at all
right now because of that Brown Recluse bite back in April that I am still healing from. You guys don't have them in Rochester, but they have made their way to Southern MD (the Black Widow has been around for years, slow, and very identifiable) - a nasty bite!
