Saw that snow-free nest-box, Carol P. They can stop excavating, it seems. Interesting to note that the falcons - and many other species (?) - are triggered by daylight rather than temps.
Springtime comes earlier here, and the Corvids are already flying about with hulking great logs. But our Robins are still fighting over territory. I await the first signs of Courtship Feeding, which is always so charming - and a sure sign that Nature is on the turn.

Now that they are spending more time at the nest box, I just upped the resolution of the Main Cam photos from 2 MP to 5 MP.
Click on each thumbnail then click on Beauty in each pop-up window to zoom in.
