She has really not ventured far at all.  I consider her 'half-fledged.'  She has only been on the scrape level wherever there is shade.  I haven't seen a strong flight off the building yet.

Oh! Hmm! Thanks

Ivy, The Shady Lady, fledged for real this morning.  She took a nice flight around the top of the building.  One adult was right beside her.

The cams have been active for a little while, and there is a new female at the Jersey City nest. She is banded black/green 41/AX.

Image from the site:

So it would seem that Athena, the great matriarch at this nest, has at least been displaced.  Sad

Not sad. Totally expected. Can't wait to see who the male is.

It will be interesting to find out who she is.

The */AX series sounded familiar...CT Buffalo 2012 & 2013

Wagner   73/AW B/G
Alfreda   73/AX B/G
Virginia   76/AX B/G
Billy           77/AX B/G

Not that she's necessarily from Buffalo, but more likely a New York hatch.

Yes. Riverside Church or Water street would be more likely.  But fingers crossed for upstate
