It appears to be taken from the north-Mercury is mounted on the north side of the building. Looking at the map I'd guess the green strip north of the Radisson below Andrews St.

This slope is behind the Andrews St. apartment complex. The sidewalk along the river in this pic goes from the Andrews St. bridge to the Radisson Hotel. On the other side of the river is another sidewalk that goes from the Andrews St. bridge to OCSR and stairs up to Main St.  handshake

I don't know other than Rochester, NY, but a beautiful picture.  ??? Who used to take great hawk pictures in a cemetery, it was a long time ago.  I've been down here 4 1/2 years already and think I still lived in MN.

Lou took the hawk pictures in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Well the first bridge I see is the Andrews St. bridge, so this has to be taken from either the water or the inner loop.

It's taken from the Inner Loop bridge.

I remember the ones from Lou, but I was thinking a gal took some before that and am drawing a total blank on her name.  Nancy something MAYBE?
