Day 6 in paradise featured a Red Squirrel that visited the bird feeder. The 3 chipmunks were very busy collecting and eating the sunflower seeds. I saw a Cardinal at the feeder for the 1st time as well but something scared it off. This is a beautiful place to retreat to and get your thoughts together. Haven't seen a human since Sunday!

Great pictures MAK. I really like the setup.
It seems very peaceful. Glad you get to stay there and
critter-sit.

It's a long walk to the next door neighbors Donna. I'd have to pack a lunch!!!

Ok Ei, I'll just wait for you to remember. Meanwhile, does anyone else have any guesses?

My answer is Eastern Kingbird. Also saw American Goldfinch in the bunch.

I was heading for some sort of Flycatcher... The bill is obviously diagnostic but...

Thanks Big Frank I believe you are correct with your answer of Eastern Kingbird. Next time I'll remember to pack my bird book!
