Pinkie's in the back in 1st pic. The one next to her has brown starting to show by his eye. Pinkie doesn't.

No worries. We've seen it before in that some chicks just develop the yellow faster.

I had heard about the carotene in adults. It will be interesting to see if there is a gender difference.
