They are certainly serious about it this year!  They've been in and out quite a bit the past few days.

It's pouring rain out too, expected to rain every day this week.  Better than snow at least

I checked my spreadsheet this morning. Her typical 1st egg arrival is 3/24-3/27. Last year was unusual in that she waited until April 7. Hopefully that was due to the new building going up across the street. It looks like it's done-maybe a bit of finishing.
