This egg just doesn't look right.
Now that I'm home & looking on a real monitor, I'm thinking the 3rd egg may not be good. I'm not giving up hope yet, but that spot does look strange. Only time will tell. I think so too. Like it's oozing something and that's why everything is sticking to it. It's not good for her to be brooding it if it's bad, is it?It shouldn't be a problem...lots of unhatched eggs in a lot of nests...Rhea Mae still has an unhatched egg in the scrape... I was just saying that because of what Carol posted when Beauty disposed of the first egg (in case this one is also broken): Beauty did the right thing, disposing of the broken egg. According to our friend Mark Nash, CPF, the material inside the egg can be very distructive if it gets on their feathers.

Plus, having used so much calcium manufacturing the eggshells, it's nice that she can reclaim some of it.

Amazing how they know.

But was it really oozing because it was an "old" egg?

While Archer may need a bit more practice, it looks like Beauty has the Mom thing under control... keep the babies shaded from the sun!
