The rain made it look more like "white wash". It's a painting masterpiece.

Maybe it should be changed out after fledging each year, and auctioned as "art" for GVAS?

If I recall correctly, Carol P. found out that the gravel in the old nest box was considered toxic waste & couldn't be saved for fund-raising purposes. (
good thing Orville jumped out before the box moved) I'd guess the veranda would be the same.

I just spoke to Carol having watched Jemison flapping out of the cam1 shot, and she has here in sight. Jemison is on the ledge where the Main camera sets but just further down closer to cam 1 position.

On the video, it truly looked as if she left the ledge. Impossible to see her from that angle.
