I just heard DC kacking in the background and B just got up and is on the ledge checking things out.

Edit to add...all is well, DC just flew in and they're having some conversation.

They usually do start incubation after the third egg, last year she didn't and remember we thought she might lay 5.  I expect the cold evening temps earlier this week has them sticking to the more traditional incubation mode.  I too expect a 4th egg today...no pressure B  angel lol
